WearIt.co.uk and GoodHeartsClub.co.uk: both e-commerce brands specialising in fashion, Good Hearts Club is an up-and-coming stand-alone brand working in the influencer space. Wear It UK focuses on the customised merchandise and workwear arena, offering a wide range of products designed to meet the unique branding needs of our clients. We currently work with a number of significant TikTok Stars. In each we are committed to innovation, creativity, and delivering excellence across our diverse portfolio.


We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving new business, managing existing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is motivated by success.


Key Responsibilities:


New Business Development:

  • Identify and prospect new clients through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation activities.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the company’s products and services to effectively pitch and tailor solutions to client needs.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive advantages.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential customers, ensuring consistent communication and follow-up.

Account Management:

  • Manage a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring excellent customer service and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Develop long-term relationships with key decision-makers to foster client loyalty.
  • Handle any client issues or concerns promptly and professionally to maintain strong relationships.

Sales Target Achievement:

  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
  • Negotiate terms of sales agreements to maximise profitability while ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Track and report sales activity, progress, and performance metrics regularly.

Collaboration and Reporting:

  • Work closely with the team to align strategies and share insights.
  • Provide feedback on market trends and customer needs to support product development and marketing efforts.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM software.

Market Intelligence:

  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, competitor activities, and new product launches.
  • Attend industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to represent the company and grow the business network.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a sales role, with a track record of achieving or exceeding targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong ability to build relationships and rapport with clients.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of commercial awareness and customer-centric approach.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of sales techniques and tools, such as solution selling, consultative selling, or account-based marketing.
